PROCEDURES

C&C Global Business Solutions DFC LLC follows a structured international trade procedure designed to provide clarity, traceability and commercial security for buyers, suppliers and transaction partners. Each transaction may be adapted according to the product, quantity, destination, banking requirements and mutually agreed contractual terms.

STANDARD TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1.LOI – Letter of Intent
The buyer submits a formal LOI specifying the product, quantity, destination, Incoterm, contract duration and preferred payment method.

    2.SCO – Soft Corporate Offer
Following review of the buyer’s requirement, C&C Global Business Solutions DFC LLC may issue a Soft Corporate Offer outlining the principal commercial terms.

    3.ICPO & Buyer Documentation
The buyer submits the ICPO together with the required KYC/CIS documentation and, where applicable, proof of financial capability such as BCL or RWA.

    4.FCO – Full Corporate Offer
Once the buyer documentation has been reviewed, the seller may issue the Full Corporate Offer with the definitive commercial conditions.

    5.SPA & Proforma Invoice
For contractual transactions, the parties execute the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), followed by the Proforma Invoice. For eligible single SPOT transactions, the transaction may proceed directly to Proforma Invoice according to the terms of the commercial offer.

    6.Payment / Banking Instrument
The agreed payment or banking instrument is issued and confirmed according to the commercial documents.

    7.Logistics & Shipment
Logistics operations commence only after confirmation of the agreed payment or banking instrument. Shipment is performed according to the agreed Incoterm and contractual conditions.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    OPTION 01 — MT103 / T/T 30% + 70%
30% advance payment according to the Proforma Invoice or contractual documents. The remaining 70% is payable against copies of the agreed pre-shipment documents, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and applicable certificates. Original documents are released after full payment is received.

    OPTION 02 — SBLC MT760
For contractual transactions, an irrevocable SBLC MT760 may be accepted as a banking guarantee, subject to prior review and approval of the issuing bank, instrument wording and transaction structure. Any use of the SBLC as a payment mechanism is subject to prior authorization and banking consultation.

    OPTION 03 — DLC MT700
Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700) may be accepted subject to the terms established in the applicable FCO and SPA and prior banking review.

    INSPECTION & SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

Where inspection is required, it shall be performed by the agreed independent inspection company at the port of loading or designated warehouse, in accordance with the applicable commercial offer and contract. Buyer inspection is permitted only after the agreed payment condition or banking instrument has been fulfilled or issued. Visits to production facilities, mills or warehouses prior to the applicable payment or banking condition are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.

Shipping documentation may include, as applicable, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, quality and quantity certificates, inspection certificates and other documents required by the destination country or agreed contractual terms. Original documents are released according to the payment conditions established in the applicable transaction documents.

    SPOT TRANSACTIONS

For eligible single SPOT purchases, the transaction may follow a simplified procedure: Commercial Offer → ICPO → Proforma Invoice → Payment → Shipment. A separate SPA may not be required when the commercial offer and Proforma Invoice contain the complete agreed transaction terms.

    BANKING & COMPLIANCE

All transactions are subject to applicable banking, regulatory, sanctions, anti-money-laundering and Know Your Customer requirements. C&C Global Business Solutions DFC LLC reserves the right to request corporate, banking and compliance documentation necessary to evaluate and execute the transaction. Banking instruments and issuing banks are subject to prior review and acceptance.

    IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS

Commercial terms, prices, quantities, origin and availability are valid only as stated in the applicable SCO, FCO, SPA or Proforma Invoice.

Logistics and shipment preparation commence only after confirmation of the agreed payment or banking instrument.

Payment shall not be conditioned exclusively upon arrival at the destination port unless expressly agreed in the definitive commercial documents.

All procedures may be adapted according to the product, transaction structure, destination, applicable regulations and mutually agreed contractual conditions.
